2025 Masters Odds, Picks & Predictions: To Make or Miss The Cut

April may be one of the most underrated sports months of the year, featuring the NCAA College Basketball National Championship, the NFL Draft and, of course, The Masters from beautiful Augusta.

There are plenty of ways to get in on the betting action with golf's biggest event, and I'm locking in a few prop bets for Thursday and Friday. Below, you'll find my top picks for who will make or miss the cut at The Masters.

Top 2025 Masters To Make or Miss The Cut Bets

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Phil Mickelson (Make: -120; Miss: -120)

I'm going to start with the veteran Phil Mickelson to make the cut this weekend. He has competed in 31 Masters events in his career, winning the tournament three times, while making the cut 28 times. That's a rate of 90.3%, and we're getting pick’em odds for Mickelson to accomplish the feat in 2025. He's made the cut seven consecutive times. He even has a second-place finish as recently as 2023.

Mickelson's currently on the LIV Tour, and he's finished inside the top 25 in all four events this year. Most recently, he placed sixth at the LIV Golf Miami tournament last weekend. Give me Mickelson to make the cut for an eighth straight time at Augusta.

Bet: Phil Mickelson to Make the Cut (-120)

Cameron Young (Make: -110; Miss: -125)

American Cameron Young hasn't been in good form recently, missing the cut in four out of his last six PGA events. However, Young is coming off of an 18th-place outing at the Valero Texas Open last weekend, so I'll take that as a sign he's trending in the right direction. Honestly, I think his poor form may be why we're getting such a favorable price on the 27-year-old.

This bargain of a price certainly isn't due to his record at The Masters, as Young has back-to-back top-10 finishes in 2023 (seventh) and 2024 (ninth). With his excellent history at Augusta and the fact he's a respectable 45th in SG: Putting (0.299), I like Young to make the cut at coin flip odds.

Bet: Cameron Young to Make the Cut (-110)

Tom Hoge (Make: -125; Miss: -110)

Tom Hoge has competed in two Masters events. He has a 50% made-cut rate. He made it and placed 39th in 2022, while following it up with a miss in 2023. He didn't participate in the event in 2024. Circling back to 2023, Hoge barely missed the cut, shooting +4 (74-74) over the two days with a cut line of +3.

Mostly, I like Hoge because he's in elite form at the moment. He's made the cut in nine out of his 10 tournaments in 2025. He's also coming off a third-place performance at THE PLAYERS Championship and a fifth-place finish at the Valero Texas Open last weekend. Give me the 35-year-old Hoge to stay hot and at least make the weekend rounds at this year's Masters.

Bet: Tom Hoge to Make the Cut (-125)

Sungjae Im (Make: -175; Miss: +125)

Well, not everyone can make the cut. I think one of the 40+ golfers left behind will be Sungjae Im. The South Korean hasn't been in great form recently, missing two cuts in his last five events. Here are his last six finishes on the PGA Tour: 57th, missed cut, missed cut, 19th, 61st and 60th.

Furthermore, it has been completely hit-or-miss at The Masters for Im in the past. He has a second-place finish in 2020 and an eighth-place outing in 2022, but he also missed the cut in 2021 and 2024. Im has a 40% miss rate at Augusta. He's also missed the cut in five of his last seven major tournaments (71.4%). With a +125 payout, I think it's worth an underdog flier on Im to miss the cut in the 2025 Masters.

Bet: Sungjae Im to Miss the Cut (+125)
