WNBA Same Game Parlays: Wednesday (Fever vs. Mystics)

The Indiana Fever will battle the Washington Mystics in the lone WNBA game tonight. Unfortunately, the Fever will be without Caitlin Clark, who suffered a quad injury and will be out for at least two weeks.

However, despite Clark’s absence, the Fever are still favorites on the road against the 2-3 Mystics.

I have an idea who might step up for the Fever with Clark unavailable. Therefore, I’ve built a same game parlay (SGP) for this matchup.

    Indiana Fever vs. Washington Mystics

Aliyah Boston has scored at least 19 points in three of her first four games this season. She finished with only four points against Atlanta back on May 22nd, but added 27 points against the New York Liberty in a tight game over the weekend. Boston nailed 12 of her 19 shots and shot 63% from the field. She’s shot at least 63% from the field in three of her first four games this season. Against the Liberty, she added 22 points in the paint and grabbed six rebounds. That’s not easy against the Liberty, but Boston was able to make a ginormous impact. I’d expect the same against the Mystics with Clark on the sideline.

Meanwhile, Brittney Sykes has recorded at least five assists in three of her first four games of the year. However, she hit this line in just 35% of her last 20 games dating back to last season. Sykes also nailed at least five assists in only three of her last eight games against the Fever. Last September, Sykes played more than 20 minutes and distributed just two assists against the Fever. In the game before that, she finished with only four assists. She’s added at least five assists in just one of her last five games against Indiana.

Natasha Howard has earned at least seven rebounds in two consecutive games. That is nothing new for her. Howard finished with at least seven rebounds in 56% of games last season and has earned at least seven rebounds in 65% of her last 20 games dating back to last season. Howard has recorded at least two offensive rebounds in three consecutive games and has been very strong on the defensive glass to begin the year. She’ll make an impact on the glass. Don’t be surprised if Howard plays 35+ minutes again tonight.
